About Station
Mandai is an underground metro station. Mandai Station is planned near the existing Mahatma PhuleMandai, which is the biggest vegetable market in Pune city, a landmark. It is a densely populated area which heavily faces traffic congestions, accumulation of people and it is always busy.This metro station will provide connectivity to Shanipar, AppaBalwantChowk, DagadushethGanapati, Tulshibag, Kelkar Museum, RavivarPeth etc.
Due to land constraints, this station also planned wherein the platform will be constructed by NATM Concept – New Austrian Tunneling Method.
